JOB SUMMARY
This position requires knowledge of Ambulatory and Inpatient workflows and hands-on experience with the Epic application. The role involves collaborating with application teams and customers to design and execute functional and integrated test scripts, documenting results, and tracking application issues. The tester supports projects across clinical applications with minimal supervision, defines and maintains test plans, and provides regular status updates to stakeholders for smaller projects and initiatives. This role requires applying SQL knowledge to build and maintain FitNesse tests and analyzing clinical workflows to identify opportunities for automation including RPA, test automation, and agentic automation. Experience with coding and automation tools is highly preferred.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Required
* Demonstrates broad knowledge and hands on experience with the Epic application
* Collaborates with application analysts and customers to develop detailed functional and integrated test scripts
* Executes test scripts, accurately documents outcomes, and tracks application errors and related issues
* Capable of leading testing projects across functional and/or clinical business areas with minimal guidance from supervisor
* Skilled in defining and maintaining test plans, including scope and schedules for both new and existing business applications
* Executes testing activities aligned with project scope, techniques, timelines, and deliverables
* Provides regular status updates on testing projects to both customers and internal stakeholders
* Collaborates with business teams to capture, analyze, and document workflows targeted for automation as part of strategic initiatives
* Analyzes workflows to identify opportunities for robotic process automation (RPA), test automation, and agentic automation
* Possesses SQL knowledge or demonstrates readiness to learn SQL for FitNesse test creation
* Committed to continuous learning and adapting to evolving testing best practices, methodologies, and tools
