JOB SUMMARY
The Clinical Operations Analyst for the Division of General Internal Medicine supports clinical and administrative leadership by providing data-driven insights and operational tools that enhance efficiency, productivity, and transparency across the division. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards to monitor clinical full-time equivalents (cFTEs), session counts, RVU-based incentives, and effort changes throughout the fiscal year. The analyst will also design and implement internal platforms and workflow automations, leveraging tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, and SharePoint, to streamline reporting and task management. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and technical skills with an understanding of clinical operations, enabling them to translate complex data from various sources into actionable insights and process improvements that support the division’s mission of high-quality, patient-centered care. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule after 6 months.
